Tensile Testing Machines
|
Capitalizing on our sophisticated infrastructure and expertise we are able to provide comprehensive range of tensile testing machines. Our machines are designed and developed using qualitative raw material and latest technology. Our wide assortment encompass of the following:
|
Industrial Tensile Testing Machine Item Code : 1.3-DR
 | Our tensile testing machine (model-1.3 DR) is designed and manufactured using latest technology and qualitative raw material. The tensile testing machine is used for conducting tensile & compression test on Wires, Tubes, Sheet material, Textile material, Rubber, Plastic, Cables, Conductors, leather, asbestos paper, Plywood, Metals and many more. Force can be applied to specimen by electric motor through gear box and pulleys. The safety control devices are incorporated. The autographic recorder gives the relation between Load Vs Elongation. The accuracy level of our machine is within 1% above 1/10th of the scale value as per IS B.S., ASTM, DIN or ISO standard. |
Tensile Strength Testing Machine Item Code : 1.5-GR
 | We manufacture superior quality tensile testing machine (model-1.5 GR) which are based on latest technology. Our testing machines are widely used to measure the tensile strength of various metals and material such as mild steel, plastics, ply wood and others. Our range is available in various models such as GR 1041, GR 1041 A, GR 1042, and a lot more. |
Mechanical Extensometer Item Code : REM-1
 | Our precision engineered mechanical extensometer (model-REM1) measures elongation of test specimen under load. Our mechanical extensometer comprises of two long knife edges at top, two indicators and lower knife edges to actuate the dials. The bars are pressed against the specimen by means of clamps to ensure that the knife edges bite the specimen to avoid any slip. The under edges are adjustable to provide different gauge lengths for measurement. As deformation takes place the lower knife edges transfer the movement to the dial gauges and the deformation of specimen is shown on dials, so that the change in length of specimen by 1/100 mm. Equals to one division of the graduation of dial. |
