Our manual brinell system which is used for hardness testing is based on simplest mechanical design. The simple design of the machine allows loading and unloading operations manually through an operating lever. Some of the salient features of our manual brinell system comprises of the following:

  • Precision engineered & confirms to IS: 2281-1968, BS:240 & ASTM: E 10. RB-3000
  • Measures hardness of castings, forgings, other metals and alloys of all kinds, hard or soft, whether flat, round or irregular in shape

Optical Brinell Hardness Testers

Capitalizing on the cutting edge technology we are able to design and develop optical brinell system for hardness testing. The optical brinell system is similar in design with B-3000(H) model with an additional 'Optical device' with 14 X magnification provided in front to project dia of ball impression on glass screen with a micrometer measuring system with 0.01 mm accuracy. The indenter swivels and projects diameter of ball impression immediately after unloading operation and avoids additional time for measurement of ball impression. This gives real Brinell number on production testing.
